I wanted to make something a little spooky but still cute — and bats felt like the perfect choice! I originally wanted to use black felt for the bat, but it was shedding terribly, so I ended up using this dark grey felt instead — and honestly, I think it turned out even better than it would have with the black! =) It makes a cute shelf buddy or a little Halloween ornament.
